normal users cannot change album

Normal users without admin rights cannot change album... My weblog has multiple users with their own picasa albums.. so it aint working this way for me.

Ah I see. Originally all users had access to settings and that lead to some issues when they could change the picasa address even if it was set by administrator of blog.

Also this option is shared by everyone in one wordpress instance, so even if I will re-enable access into settings to all user again, it won't help you as the users will keep overwriting one shared address.

So this issue needs some better design approach - let say that administrator will have option in settings where he can allow other users to access picasa settings as well. Each of the users would then have chance of changing default picasa address set by admin to something else (but this change won't affect other users of the blog including the admin).

Just let me know if that's what you would like to have there as I need to completely change the system for saving picasa url in wordpress for achieving this.
